Our training classes accommodate ALL fitness levels through highly educated and experienced coaching which allows for unlimited modification options. The only requirement is acan doattitude.
CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE
ADULT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING:
Monday thru Friday: $300/Month (20 Training Days)
5AM - 6AM - 7AM - 9AM - 10AM
2:30PM - 3:30PM - 4:30PM - 5:30PM
Please note the following important details about all Transforming Strength classes:
• The only option offered is to sign up on a monthly basis.
• No Drop-ins.
• Due to the time invested in each client we do not offer free classes to “try out” the training. If there is an opening in a class you are interested in joining, you may purchase one week for $75.
•We are happy to pro-rate your first month if not starting at the beginning.
• Classes must be paid for in advance in order to hold a reservation.
• Once a class is reserved, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.
• Class size is limited to 6 people per class time, reserved by the month.
• Due to popularity, these classes are often full. Please contact us for availability.

Get stronger with the most experienced strength coach in Laramie. You will learn to use a wide selection of training tools to include: body weight, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, sandbags, stability balls, bands, sleds, tires, bars, boxes, ropes, suspension straps, machines, ladders, cones, and the list goes on.
You WILL get stronger with patient, technical and professional coaching attention. We use a wide variety of exercise styles and variations to gain strength to include straight sets, combinations, circuits etc. You will never repeat the same workout twice, which helps keep your mind fresh, your body challenged and you looking forward to your next training session!
