LEMON GINGER CHICKEN
Lemon Ginger Chicken Breasts is a nutritious and healthy recipe recommended by Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach Matt Hartsky.
- 1/2 Cup lemon juice
- 2-3 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tsp minced ginger
- 1/2 Tsp thyme
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Pour over 4-5 chicken breasts that have been placed in zip lock bag or a container that can be sealed.
- Shake to coat chicken.
- Let it marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes to all day.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. (I baked Brussel sprouts in the same pan with the chicken. It gives the Brussel sprouts a lemon, garlic lift.
- Would be great grilled.
- Use leftovers with rice or quinoa for meal prep.
