FREEZER CHICKEN ZOODLE SOUP
Freezer Chicken Zoodle Soup is a nutritious and healthy recipe recommended by Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach Matt Hartsky.
- 4-5 Chicken Breasts Cut into small bite size pieces
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 2 cups of any variety of vegetables you want in your soup (I used green beans and carrots)
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen zucchini spirals
Place all ingredients but zucchini into a gallon zip lock bag. Zip closed then place in another bag. Label bag as chicken soup. Rubber band Zucchini spirals to chicken coup bag just to have both in the same spot. Place in freezer up to 6 months.
Thaw soup and Zucchini in refrigerator over night. Empty all ingredients but zucchini spirals into crock pot. Cook on low all day. 10 minutes before serving add zucchini.
** You can use whole chicken breasts. After cooking shred the meat and then add it back to the chicken.
