EASY BEEF CARNITAS
Easy Beef Carnitas is a nutritious and healthy recipe recommended by Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach Matt Hartsky.
- 1 roast
- 2 green peppers sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cups cheap but clean salsa.
- Put roast in crock pot. (No need to thaw if you have it frozen).
- Cover with onions and peppers.
- Pour salsa over the top of everything.
- Cook on low setting all day or 8 hours.
- Meat will fall apart with a little nudge from a fork.
