Transforming Strength Easy Beef Carnitas Recipe

Easy Beef Carnitas is a nutritious and healthy recipe recommended by Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach Matt Hartsky.

Ingredients:

  • 1 roast
  • 2 green peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cups cheap but clean salsa.

Directions:

  • Put roast in crock pot. (No need to thaw if you have it frozen).
  • Cover with onions and peppers.
  • Pour salsa over the top of everything.
  • Cook on low setting all day or 8 hours.
  • Meat will fall apart with a little nudge from a fork.
