BROILED FLANK STEAK

Broiled Flank Steak & Vegetables is a nutritious and healthy recipe recommended by Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach Matt Hartsky.
- 1 Pound Flank Steak
- Your favorite Feast Mode Seasoning or Steak Seasoning
- 2 to 3 cups of your favorite vegetables (butternut squash, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans etc. This is a good time to clean out the back of the refrigerator.)
- Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of steak.
- Coat well & rub into meat.
- Cover steak with plastic wrap or place in Zip Lock bag.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour.
I like to get my meat prepped and chilling in the morning before my day starts. It makes getting dinner easier at the end of the day.
- Cut vegetables into desired size.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 for 15minutes.
- Take out of oven.
- Turn oven on to Broil.
- Place steak on top of or beside vegetables on tray.
- Broil for 6-10 minutes on each side(depending on how rare you like your steak).
- Take out of oven.
- Cover and let meat rest for 5-10 minutes. This allows the meat to reabsorb it’s juices.
- Cut in thin strips across the grain of the meat.
- Toss the vegetables with the meat juice in the pan.
- Enjoy!
